Mike began his career in financial services working at NatWest for over 20 years. He then made the entrepreneurial leap to start his own financial services business. Subsequently, he has successfully started, grown and sold a number of other businesses. He has considerable experience in managing the day to day issues associated with a business and has a fine eye for driving profitability. He understands that people in business often ‘don't know what they don't know' and is a great resource in helping businesses grow successfully.

After a successful corporate career in senior management positions, he began his entrepreneurial endeavours over 20 years ago. He has great belief in the SME community and its importance to the UK economy. His sector experience includes specialist recruitment, financial services and business consultancy with a number of directorships at different companies. He has valuable experience of sales planning, leadership development and business strategy and fully understands the pressures and challenges facing business owners.
